Day 25 - P90X
Yoga X
This workout is soooo beneficial for developing skating muscles.
I always thought I had pretty muscular legs. Man, workouts like these, where sweat is pouring off my face, have put a whole new "bump" on my thighs.
Bring It!
By the way...do this workout in bare feet and most definitely use a yoga mat. I bought the cheapest thing I could find at Target and it works GREAT! I also use the same paint cans, the ones I use for push up bars, as yoga blocks!
