Hot dang, that felt good! Yoga is not for sissies!
I worked out my skating muscles BIG TIME today. WOW!
I also kept track of stumbles, actual falls, and times I had to come out of a pose because it was KILLING me:
Stumbles: 19
Falls: 10
Come Out of Pose: 9
(The first few times I tried it, my numbers were like - 50-50-50!)

Sunday is my stumble, fumble and fall doing yoga x day for me. I am dreading it, but I'm also looking forward to it --- being over for another week, that is... ;-) Actually it is the best thing to ever happen to my back. Can't handle all the poses but the stumbles are becoming fewer... chaturanga, baby!
