Day 32, 33, 34, 35 - All at the Lake Cabin

Scheduled:

Day 32 - Kenpo X
Day 33 - Legs and Back
Day 34 - Rest
Day 35 - Chest, Shoulders, and Tris (I did not do this workout. See the "COMMENTS" section below)

  1. I did not work out on Sunday, August 9, Day 35...it is a traveling day, which means up to 5 1/2 hours in a car. Therefore, no workouts on these days. My week 6 will be Mon thru Sat.
