Day 35 - Chest, Shoulders, and Tris (I did not do this workout. See the "COMMENTS" section below)

I did not work out on Sunday, August 9, Day 35...it is a traveling day, which means up to 5 1/2 hours in a car. Therefore, no workouts on these days. My week 6 will be Mon thru Sat.
